- How do I book after receiving a gift voucher?

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a reservation form from Winetours Bulgaria Ltd. or
a tourist voucher from our tour operator partner, whose tourist package is prepaid. You should provide the reservation form at the site (hotel, wine cellar).
- What is the validity of the voucher?
The voucher is valid for 1 year from its purchase, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the offer.
The validity of the voucher for tastings, wine weekends, gourmet lunches / dinners is not tied to specific dates,
but depends on the availability of the winery/hotel.
The validity of the voucher for an organized wine tour or event is tied to the specific dates of the trip.
When purchasing event vouchers, the voucher is valid for the date of the event.
Each gift voucher can be used within its validity, written on its front side.
If, within the validity of the voucher, the price of the service specified in it has changed due to a change in the prices of the services offered by the provider (winery/hotel), the holder should pay the difference or choose another service for the same value.
Expired voucher services are not performed.
