The small winery with bold wines is located in the city of Plovdiv, in the Proslav district and offers you the chance to experience the local varieties Mavrud, Rubin, Dimyat, Pamid and Red Misket and their different faces - sparkling (pet-nat), orange, white, rosé and red, in bottles, in cans.....
Local varieties are a strength and passion for winemakers Petar Georgiev and Radostin Milkov, while the gentle practices in wine production, spontaneous fermentations and the natural approach they follow help them to express the varietal and terroir character of the wines to the fullest. The courage and modern interpretation of the wines makes them sought after among restaurants with an excellent wine list and but also keeps them away from big shops.
The wine tasting is for two and includes:
- Tasting of 4 or 5 wines, depending on the chosen offer
- A tour of the winery and an introduction to the winemaking process
- Breadsticks and water
