The four-course gourmet menu and a tasting at Chateau Copsa includes:
1. Arlecchino Sauvignon Blanc - wine with a pale lemon color with a pronounced aroma of greens
herbs, lemon peel, and citrus – we pair this wine with Pink Tomato Grilled Goat Cheese and Arugula.
2. Angelica Rosé – rosé created from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety with a subtle strawberry aroma,
raspberry and berries - we combine the wine with Artichoke with quail's egg and prosciutto.
3. Château Copsa Cuvée Rouge - a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. Elegant aromas of ripe black and red fruits - we pair this wine with Foie gras with red onion confit and caramel sauce.
4. Stradivarius Rouge - red wine, the result of blending Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. There are subtle notes of black fruits, blue plum, and dark chocolate – we pair this wine with pork medallion and a bouquet of pepper.
