Wine cellar Odessos is a small urban craft winery in Varna whose craft wines represent the best side of Northeastern wines. After several vintage campaigns in some of the most prestigious wineries in Australia, New Zealand and Chile, the brothers Georgi and Vladislav Vankovi decided to return to their hometown and chanel all their experience into their own wines, carrying the terroir of the area, the courage of youth and with a new modern reading.
Their wines are pure varietal bearing the specific varietal characteristics and terroir specifics, made with minimal intervention and with a lot of manual laboуr. Light reds, fresh and aromatic whites, clarets and other wine delights await you along with a meeting with their creators in the equally attractive and artistic small winery is long remembered.
