Why culinary?
Yes you will prepare your own chocolates under the guidance of a professional confectioner Darina Usheva in Hobby'licious Cooking School. You will prepare various combination of flavours combining white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate with other flavours. That way when the chocolate sets we will be able to experiment with the combinations with a few different styles of wine.
Why wine?
In the second part of the course we will be tasting three different style of wine (sparkling, full bodied and sweet) and we will talk about the stages of tasting as well as all sorts of interesting facts and information about those wines.
Why adventure?
Because we will mix different tastes and types of chocolate in order to stimulate our palates and our minds.
