Wine cellar Edoardo Miroglio is situated in the Thracian lowland in Elenovo village, 22km from Nova Zagora. The winery is surrounded by vineyards dotted around the hills, a lake and green fields which create excellent conditions for wine tourism. Established in 2002 the wineries first production was in 2005.
The annual production capacity of the Edoardo Miroglio winery is 1 million litres of wine with their portfolio being very diverse - white, rose and red wines from local and international varieties, organic wines and sparkling representatives too.
Family hotel Soli Invicto (The unbeatable sun) towers above the cellar Edoardo Miroglio and features 7 elegantly furnished studios and 3 apartments, a tasting room, fine-dining restaurant, lobby bad, outdoor swimming pool and a SPA centre.
Each room is unique, named after a particular sort of grape, and is equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, mini-bar, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Large pets are not welcomed.
The restaurant has both Bulgarian and Italian traditional dishes. Thanks to their use of locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables you can try a dish specifically made to accentuate and pair perfectly with the wines from the Edoardo Miroglio cellar.
As well as the wine tasting, the tour of the winery and the SPA centre you can also spend some time fishing down at the local dam or visit the small zoo. The hotel offers sport rehabilitation procedures which need to be arranged in advance.
The panoramic outdoor pool is situated in the central hotel garden and is available to the guests, while in the SPA centre you will find a sauna and steam room.
The outdoor hot tub looks over at the endless vineyards situated so close to the pool which make it one of the wineries most attractive features. We recommend making the most of the cooler evenings in Elenovo enjoying the sunset sipping on a bottle of Edoardo Miroglio wine.
The wine cellar and hotel are closed to visitors on Monday and Tuesday.
