The team of this wine place consists of 3 wine professionals: Blagoy, sommelier and wine buyer, Nikola - restaurant owner, Denitsa - wine expert and Rositsa - wine traveler and expert. While Blagoy and Nikola travel the world in search of exciting and rare wines, Deni and Rossi run the physical store at 52 Oborishte Street - Cellar 52. The space is both a wine shop and a wine bar where one can purchase a wide selection of wines from around the world or choose and taste from a selection of 140 wines by the glass. The main objective of the physical store is for customers to have access to rare wines, to be able to taste bottles before purchasing them and to enrich both their palate and their wine culture. The glasses are in a standard quantities (125ml) or tasting doses (50ml) and are filled with Coravin - a wine system for long-term storage of wines.
