About the author:
For 20 years now Yana Petkova hasn’t stopped educating herself in the topics of wine in various ways. She holds a Wine and Spirit Education Trust Diploma. She is a wine taster and journalist, wine judge and educator. She’s a member of the wine website DiVino’s team, lecturer, blogger and partner in restaurant projects. Co-creator of Bulgarian Wine Academy.
