Chateau Boshnakoff is located in the village of Ezerovo, 10 km west of the city of Varna on the northern shore of Lake Varna. The cellar began its production in 2020 after an investment by the Bosnakovi family's viticultural company.
Chateau Boshnakov's mission is to offer high quality wines with character, reflecting the specificity of the Black Sea region, albeit in small batches. The winery is modernly equipped and throughout the technological process constant temperature control is carried out. Тhey use exclusively stainless steel vessels and French barrels with a volume of 225 liters are used.
The winery owns 1,600 decares of its own vineyards distributed in three separate massifs in the villages of Sunny, Pripek, Ezerovo and in the immediate vicinity of the Pobiti Kamani natural landmark. In addition to classics, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Traminer, Pinot Gris, Semyon, etc., typical Bulgarian varieties are also grown - Varna Misket, Vrachanski Misket and Dimyat. The red varieties are represented by Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Rubin, Sangiovese, Cote Malbec, Marcellan, Syrah, etc.
Wine tourism is also part of the goals of the team at Chateau Boshnakoff. A large tasting room with a shop is currently under construction. In the meantime you can enjoy their wines in the small tasting room with a capacity of up to 15 people.
