Villa Sintica is the new jewel in the Struma Valley. - The studios are located on the first floor of independent villas on the territory of the Villa Sintica hotel. They have one bedroom with a pull-out armchair, a bathroom, a living room, a private relaxation area in front of the villa. It is suitable for two adults or two adults and one child up to 13 years old. The price of a studio is for up to 2 adults staying in it.

Additional conditions:

- Accomodation of a child in a double room from 0 to 10 years is free

- Accommodation of a child from 10 to 13 years old in a double room with two adults is 35 BGN per night.

- A child over 14 is charged as an adult
