They opened up a small boutique hotel in the village of Rozhen, bought more vineyards and not long after began work on a modern wine cellar. In 2014 they bottled the first wines in their own base in the village of Kapatovo. In 2018 they opened their tasting hall where they welcome wine lovers all year round.
With slow but thought-out and consistent steps, just like in the process of making fine wine, the Osikovski family have reached a point in the present day where they can boast modern production base, excellently cared for vineyards, a trustworthy team and aspirations which go beyond personal success. The wines made by Zlaten Rozhen with respect to the planet, understanding of the local terroir and in search of its unique signature they aim to represent Bulgaria and the Struma valley in the best possible way.
Here you can taste wines from the local varieties Sandanski Misket and Broad-leaved Melnik (Shiroka Melnishka Loza) as well as wines from well-known international varieties that have found ideal conditions in the Struma Valley.
