Rosidi Winery was founded in 2008 by Rossitsa and Eduard Kuriyan—visionaries united by their passion for wine and their dedication to crafting authentic wines with a strong sense of origin. The name itself blends their first names, reflecting the personal touch found in every bottle. Their wines are produced from estate-owned vineyards near the village of Nikolaevo, in the Sliven region—an area with excellent potential for high-quality winemaking.
Rossitsa brings an international perspective with her degree in Business Studies from City University London, along with a deep interest in balance and holistic living. Eduard, a WSET London graduate, is the driving force behind Rosidi’s wine philosophy and a co-founder of the Wine & Spirits Academy in Bulgaria.
A key figure in the winery’s development is winemaker Petar Georgiev, who joined the team in 2011. His international experience in Austria and New Zealand contributes to wines with a contemporary style and distinctive character.
Rosidi’s philosophy is rooted in respect for terroir and the natural expression of grape varieties. Rather than following mass-market trends, the wines tell a story—of place, vintage, and the people behind them. Each bottle is crafted with attention to detail and a pursuit of purity, balance, and individuality.
