Try the delicious goat meat from the BOER goat breed, which is bred on its own Goat Farm "Agro Yustina". The veal, again from the winery's own farm, will be served in a modern way, in the form of the terrine. Vegetarians will be able to try Rainbow Trout from their Erim Fish farm.

Before indulging in the tasting, you will have the opportunity to visit the Park-Vineyard Villa Yustina, where the wine guide will introduce you to the terroir specifics of the region, varietal composition, and history. (Depending on the climatic conditions and your desire) The visit is made by your own transport - 4 km from the wine cellar in one direction.
You will follow the "Wine Route" in the wine cellar and get acquainted with the main processes in wine production.
The wine-tasting lunch will be held in the tasting room of the cellar or in the restaurant, with individual serving and wine tasting.
