BLIND TASTING
Trust your senses, blind taste 4 wines of different styles, sorts and winemakers in the region.
Like all teambuilding there will be an introduction for all the participants regarding the key steps of wine tasting.
The second part is where the participants will get a brief profile of the 4 wines in mixed order.
The challenge is then for the participants to “blindly” guess which profile fits which wine.
In order for the experience to be fully complete and comprehended the participants must describe the 4th wine using as base the profile models for the previous wines.
Each participant will receive our WINE JOURNAL which will help them describe the wines as well as keep notes on the experience and continue to rediscover the wine destinations in Bulgaria!
At the end of the tasting the wine labels of the bottles will be revealed so that we can introduce the participants to the wineries, the types of wine, their price and other interesting details.
The offer is suitable for groups ranging from 2 to 45 people.

SENSORICA
Description: Tasting includes 3 wines during which the focus is on each one of our senses and studying their individual importance during a wine tasting.
Vision: “Blind” tasting the 3 wines.
The first tasks is for the participant to describe the colour of the 3 wines, what aromas they link to the nuances, what is their personal expectation of the wine itself. They are then blindfolded and given the 3 wines to taste in pre-determined mixed up order by the host. The participant then tries to guess the wine based on their own expectations and sensations.
Taste: A tasting without the sense of smell (blocked nose) The taster tries the wine with their eyes open but with their nose restricted of its use. They describe the tastes which they experiencing, especially those which dominate.
Smell: The sense of smell becomes part of the tasting as the hosts guides the participants through how exactly to taste the wine, what to look for when doing so. Emphasis is placed on the sensations which are experienced in the nasal area as well as on the taste aromas. An extensive tasting of the wines.
Before each challenge the hosts talks about the different senses, the colours in the different wines, the taste balance, different types of aromas, aftertastes etc.
