Located in the village of the same name, Stratsin, just a few kilometers from Pomorie, the wine cellar welcomes guests all year round, and in the summer season is a wonderful stop on the way to seaside resorts.
Meet the owners of the cellar, who will guide you along the wine path in the most fascinating way, because they are both the vine growers and the wine-makers of this magical place.
Learn about the different stages of winemaking in the cellar. Discover the secrets of wine aging in their French and American barrels. Discover the differences between screw caps and natural court, and understand why it is important to have a bottling line for a complete production cycle.
After tracking the wine, it's time to put it on the table in the tasting room. In the cozy hall, warmed by a fireplace in winter and cool in the warmer months, you will enjoy the wines of the cellar from their own vineyards, accompanied by local and dairy delicacies presented by the hosts.
The terrace of the tasting room, with a breathtaking view, allows for tastings and other wine events outdoors.
