Tasting of donkey milk cheese and Bulgarian wine

Imagine tasting donkey milk cheeses in the beautiful reality of the "Magic Forest", in the middle of a garden with over 100 rose bushes, flowers and a real forest. While you are tasting you will also hear all about the benefits of donkey milk and the cheese made from it as well as Bulgarian wine varieties, life, love and beauty.

Donkey milk is extremely useful because of its low fat content and expression of vitamins A, C, D, E, B, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, zinc, iron, selenium and essential amino acids. Unlike other milks donkey milk has a very low content of the protein casein which can cause a reaction for people with allergies. For more than 5,500 years it has been highly valued for its nutritional, medicinal, therapeutic and cosmetic properties.

• Natural cheese from donkey milk combined with white wine from the Tamyanka variety
